You can become after completing b.pharmacy, again you have to study MBBS or BDS or BAMS or BHMS.,with your basic qualification only. Due to b pharmacy, eve though it is a medical related course, you cannot join 2nd or 3 rd year.if you studied b.pharmacy, you go pharmacy and next ph.d. Then a doctorate will come to you. Then you can add dr.

Yes, you can apply for job after completion of your degree. Refer the official website of ONGC for regular updates. You also need to appear in GATE as they check your GATE admit card during ONGC interview.
