Is admission in Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam University done on the basis of Jee Mains rank for B.Arch courses? And What is the cut off?

Yes ,upsee provide admission in b.arch courses ,upsee releases different counselling dates for jee main rank holders.But keep in mind that you will get only private colleges or university through this ,if you will give upsee b.arch exam then you will be eligible for govt. Colleges.

Going by the trend of 2017,with a n all India rank of 13773 it is difficult to get DCH OR DGO after 2nd round also.

Try DNB as you have pretty high chances of getting a good branch in it.
