Hello,
With an EPCET or EAMCET rank of approximately 37000 you are positioned well for admission into some of the top private engineering colleges in your state Andhra Pradesh or Telangana. While the top tier government colleges like JNTU Kakinada AU Visakhapatnam CBIT VNR VJIET Vasavi and GRIET usually have cutoffs under 7000 a rank of 37000 opens opportunities in reputed Tier 2 institutes offering good courses and placements
Here are some top colleges you can consider
1. GMR Institute of Technology known for CSE ECE and Mechanical
2. Vignans Institute of Information Technology offers CSE ECE and Civil
3. Gudlavalleru Engineering College with strong EEE and Mechanical branches
4. VR Siddhartha Engineering College for ECE and CSE
5. JNTUK College of Engineering Kakinada offers Mechanical and ECE

Hey Harika, since you're interested in medicine and have secured 12k rank in the EPCET examination, I'd be happy to recommend some top government colleges for agriculture and pharmacy.
Considering your rank, here are some top government colleges in Maharashtra that offer agriculture and pharmacy courses:
Agriculture Colleges:
1. Dr. Panjabrao Deshmukh Krishi Vidyapeeth, Akola - A renowned agricultural university in Maharashtra.
2. Vasantrao Naik Marathwada Krishi Vidyapeeth, Parbhani - Offers various undergraduate and postgraduate programs in agriculture.
3. Mahatma Phule Krishi Vidyapeeth, Rahuri - A reputable agricultural university in Maharashtra.
Pharmacy Colleges:
1. Government College of Pharmacy, Amravati - One of the top pharmacy colleges in Maharashtra.
2. Government College of Pharmacy, Nagpur - Offers undergraduate and postgraduate programs in pharmacy.
3. Latur College of Pharmacy, Latur - A reputable pharmacy college in Maharashtra.
While your rank is competitive, the admission process and cutoff ranks may vary depending on the college and course. To increase your chances of getting admission, I recommend:
- Checking the official websites of these colleges for admission criteria and cutoff ranks.
- Filling out the application forms carefully and submitting them on time.
- Preparing well for any counseling or interviews that may be required.
Good luck, Niharika!
With a TS EAPCET rank of 5676, getting B.Pharmacy at JNTU Hyderabad main campus is not possible as it doesn't offer B.Pharmacy.
You can try:
JNTUH-affiliated colleges
Private pharmacy colleges with higher closing ranks

Hello,
The AP ECET 2025 exam has a total of 200 marks, divided like this:
Mathematics: 50 marks
Physics: 25 marks
Chemistry: 25 marks
Engineering Paper (branch-specific): 100 marks
The Engineering Paper depends on the branch. For example, in Computer Science, subjects like Operating Systems, Java Programming, and Data Structures have around 10–12 marks each. In ECE, topics like Communication Systems and Digital Electronics carry more weight.
Hope it helps !

Dear aspirant,
As you have not mentioned your Caste Category, I'm considering it as General Category and providing information based on it.
For your AP EAMCET Rank it is difficult to to get ECE seat in Pragathi Engineering College, Surampalem based on previous year's cut-offs. Cut-offs varies from year to year. You can try for ECE branch in other Colleges. Cutoffs depends on factors like
>>>> Difficulty level of the exam
>>>> Number of seats available
>>>> Category
>>>> Number of students appeared in the exam
