Im from Karnataka and in NEET 21 I Got 463 with rank of 120k . Is there any chance of govt medical cllg

With this score in general category it's difficult to get government college. But you try for state quota seats of Karnataka. since you have got 437 marks in your NEET exam 2021, and you belong to general category so dear at this rank it is very difficult you to get any government medical college. Yes if you possess any kind of state reservation type something than you can have the chances otherwise  you can get private medical colleges.
