ESEC provides two hostels for boys on campus, accommodating around 635 boys, named Diamond and Emerald, for a balanced, practical life as well as complete professional training and personal fulfillment. The hostels are provided with well-furnished and ventilated rooms with necessary amenities for students like Wifi, medication, indoor games, etc. 

There are two hostels (Ruby and Pearl) for girls, accommodating 240 girls. It also has well-furnished and ventilated rooms and has several ESEC Erode facilities like a Modern gym facility, hostel mess, a separate recreation hall with TV, Carom, Chess, and a newspaper is there for students’ relaxation. The inmates of the hostel are expected to be mutually friendly and cooperative with their fellow students.

ESEC Erode facilities also include Medical care for the students, where visiting doctors take care of the health problems of the inmates, and a vehicle is available for the students for any emergency consultation with doctors..

ESEC Erode facilities include modern gym facilities that are offered to the students to make them mentally and physically fit, which is necessary for their health.

The library has a huge collection of books, journals, and online resources. There are quiet spaces to study. It provides physical or digital access to material, and may be a physical building or room, or a virtual space, or both.

For sports, ESEC Erode has various clubs and separate rooms for indoor activities that are dedicated to sports to help students with their interests and extracurricular activities. Some of the clubs are: Karate club, trekking clubs, etc, and besides that, many events also happen to promote sports activities.

ESEC Erode campus includes IT Laboratories, which are well-equipped with a modern IT infrastructure for engineering students to help in their practical implementations while learning their curriculum, and enhance their studies.

Erode Sengunthar Engineering College facilities include a hostel mess that provides vegetarian food to the inmates and is run by a division System. Mess bill for the last month to be paid before the 30th of every month in cash or by DD. Hostellers are eligible for a reduction in the mess bill provided that they apply for a reduction well in advance. Student representatives from each class will be nominated to look after the maintenance of the mess. 

There are various seminar halls and auditoriums on the campus for their seminars, workshops, and a vast number of events which are organised by various clubs and professional societies in the ESEC Erode. Indian Institute of Technology - IT Bombay has approved this college as a Remote Center.

Erode Sengunthar Engineering College offers well-organised transport facilities for its students and faculty members. All vehicles are well-maintained and have professional drivers to ensure the safety of students and members.
