If you have good rank in catg JKPM then your percentile don't matter much for admissions.
Cut-offs are more for any branch than your rank in cat exams. Still you can apply and try for admission. There are chances if you are in caste category for admissions.

Hello Rashif, 1213 rank in JCET is not enough to get you a seat in GCET Jammu or GCET Khanderbal if you are from general category. Civil brank has the lowest cutoff while the cutoff increases as you go to electrical, mech, E&C, CSE departments. Past year final round cutoff

College Infrastructure
The college has good infrastructure in terms of quality but there is limited exposure in terms of campus size . It has modern laboratories, and good classes.This clg also includes separate hostels for boys and girls, sports facilities, a gym, an auditorium, a medical hospital, and a cafeteria.
