Well the cutoff of these colleges for admission in any branch is very high so at the rank you got in jkcet entrance examination is very low for getting admission in these colleges in any branch. 

But you can go for other private colleges for admission in your respective courses.

As per the sources, AKGEC will be the best option for CSE. As the college provides good placements for the CS branch. A good number of CS students gets placed every year. A few companies visit the campus for recruiting freshers from the civil and mechanical branches. So the placement rate is good here. A good number of CS students got placed even last year. Infosys visit the campus every year for mass recruiting, and the average salary package offered is 3-4 LPA.

It depends upon the branch you opt for. For civil, seats fill up at around 200–250 rank, while for cse it can go upto 700–800. On an average, a general category student with a rank in the range of 900–1000 can score a seat. While the students with reservation can score the seat with a lower rank.

The 2017 last round cutoff in the general category for Mechanical was 7789 and for electrical was 11851 . Hence you can easily get admission there .

Hello Sanjana! Let me inform you that admission in Goa college of pharmacy through gcet depends upon many factors like your category, class 12 marks, gcet score/rank. You are giving me information about only your marks in physics and chemistry. You must tell me total gcet score or rank so that I could help you. 

Nevertheless for admission there you must have above 45% marks in English, physics, chemistry, biotechnology/ computer technology.

Gcet is top college which takes admission on the basis of jkcet rank.

As per the previous years cutoff its very hard for you to get admission in this college.

But mostly it depends on the branch you choose.

If you are having any reservation then chances of getting admission may increase.
