The Training and Placement Cell of Goa College of Engineering, Farmagudi handles all the Placement related activities on the campus. The Training and Placement Cell of Goa College of Engineering bridges the gap between Companies and the students. The Placement Cell of Goa College of Engineering, Farmagudi organises Guest Lectures, Seminars and Workshops on technical, aptitude and interview handling skills. The Placement Cell of GEC Goa also provides Career Guidance to the students.

According to the Data released by the NIRF for the batch of 2022, out of 409 UG students at GCE Goa who graduated within the minimum stipulated time, 250 students got placed with the median salary of Rs. 4,00,000 per annum and 14 students were selected for the higher studies and out of 46 PG students who graduated within the minimum stipulated time, 31 students got placed with the median salary of Rs. 8,55,000 per annum.
