Look there are a lot of colleges where you can apply. However, try to remember  few things which are as follows

Try to keep a watch on counseling of the college of your choice, as each college has three to four round of counseling. Keep a check on a number of candidates they call for the first round of counseling. From there you can get an Idea whether you can get admission there or not. You can check these things on the official website of this college.

Now to know more other colleges where you can apply, check the following link. You can find the opening and closing rank, college wise. Besides this, you can also check the cutoff. Try to read the reviews of other students as it will help you to know more about the college education system and placements.

Based on your rank I have listed down few government colleges where you can apply and there are high chances that you can get admission in following colleges.

Ajay Kumar Garg engineering college

University of Lucknow

Feroze Gandhi Institute of technology

Other than this, there are some colleges where you can apply. However, the chances are slight low. Such as JSS Academy of technical education,  Galgotias college of engineering. Now to apply in any of these colleges, I would suggest you keep watch on counseling details. Try to know the number of candidates they call for the first round of counseling. From there you can get an Idea of your chances getting into your college.

Considering you a candidate of general category Its difficult to grab GEC Bilaspur or GEC Raipur but you definitely stand a chance in GEC Jagdalpur.

Dear student

Considering you a candidate of unreserved category I feel sorry to predict that you may not get GEC Raipur with that rank. But brother don't get dishearten as you may land yourself in GEC Bilaspur or GEC Jagdalpur which are not far from GEC Raipur.
