College Infrastructure
When I started my course..... It was under construction... But now it is very developed... It have good labs... But not more of them are either working or not...I studied civil engineering... And there most of them was working....

You can apply to a polytechnic institute only after, you passed your 10th class. But let me tell you that, different polytechnic institutes have different eligibility criteria for admission.
