Both the colleges are good. Point of difference between both the colleges is that Itm Navi Mumbai offers PGDM programme and IBS Gurgaon offers PGPM (but if you wish to do MBA then you have to pay 50000 extra for extra exams), this will give you 2 degrees

Mostly getting into IBS Gurgaon is on the basis of your profile. your 10th, 12th, graduation and gdpi matters alot to get into the college. They not only accepts CAT Score but also other management aptitude exams like NMAT, MAHCET, CMAT, XAT.
