IES Management College and Research Center ,Mumbai has the cut off of 70 above percentile for Pharmaceutical and General Health Care Management. So it os difficult to get converted to the college.

But still you can apply because the cut off many vary every year depending on the applicants

Okay, highest package offered within college is 25 lpa. But college and students are not good enough to grab that chance.

For placed students, Hashgen provided 7 Lpa and that's highest recorded till date. Well few other students have got packages like 6–6.5 also. But that's a few.

Yes, final year engineering students too are eligible to apply for Indian Engineering Services, but they have to show the proof of passing the qualifying examination during the selection time as prescribed by UPSC. Only failure to do so will lead to rejection of selection.
