thanks for asking your query as per your rank in ts eamcet you cannot get seat in IARE for ece branch because for that you should have rank in between 2000 to 5000 and your rank is considerably low therefore chances are very less in your case.

If you opt for CSE/IT then you find that both the colleges are similar because approaching companies are same.

The academic rigors and college standards of IARE are better than MRCET.

If academics and placement is your only primary concern irrespective of location and other things then I will suggest you to go with IARE Hyderabad. Because since hyderabad is nearby to IT hub I.e chennai and bangalore so therefore you will get better placement opportunity here.
