Among all the three colleges mentioned above in the query are of similar level only. However, considering the infrastructure and placements heritage institute of technology is the best among the three. You can also search for many other government colleges which are better than this

As KGEC is a government college, there are seats for obc students and first of all you have to attend the entrance test called WB JEE

And students should score more than 60 percentile and also college provides you scholarships for merit students,

7% seats are reserved for obc A&B students, OBC B have reservation by scoring good percentile they definitely get a seat
