Other state student can apply for Self Finance colleges of West Bengal for b.tech programme.

College of Engg. and Textile Technology(Serampore and Behrampore), Jalpaiguri Govt. Engg, College,Purulia Govt. Engg. College, Coochbehar Govt. Engg. College.

With this rank if you are from general category then it will be difficult for you to get admission in Kalyani engineering college. Although if you are from some other category such as SC or ST then you can get most of the branches there apart from the top one
