Your category rank is 66540 in JEE mains it is quite very difficult to get a seat in the above institutes mentioned. Even though you try through the OBC category there are very less chances to get allotted because these institutes need a good rank to get allotted even though you have reservation. And these institutes have around 10-15% of seats only reserved.

The per year fee structure for B. Tech. course (all streams) (all category) in Keshav Memorial Institute of Technology, Hyderabad is as follows:

• Tuition fee: INR 103000/-
• Special fee: INR 5500/-
• NBA fee: INR 3000/-

Total fees for four year is: INR 434000/-

Firstly I congratulate you on securing the rank of 1615 in TS-PGECET 2019 examination and now to answer your question, the cutoff for CSE department goes up to 2321 rank for general candidates and thus with your rank you are supposed to get selected.

Well the closing ranks for colleges are not available anywhere so I cannot really give you any suggestions regarding the colleges that you can get with this rank. I choose not to guess in this matter as it is a sensitive issue and beating about the bush isn't an option.

If last year cut off for CSE in Keshav Memorial Institute of Technology Hyderabad was 6949 then this year the closing rank may increase by 1000 rank at maximum. So you may not have chances of getting admission in CSE in KMIT in 2nd counselling. However, you may get admission in any other branch or CSE in other good colleges. Hope this helps!
