Kmit college offers good placements on campus to students. Many companies like Deoritte, realince, Adobe, Amazon, opentext etc. Companies visit campus and places students. On the other hand, kmit is a new college so nothing can be said on placement yet (according to reviews).

Dear Aspirant, 

The seats given via JEE score are known as B-Category seats. There around 10-15% of seats only reserved. Generally the cut offs here depend on the factors such as difficulty  of paper, comparing the scores of candidates applied. Hence it is heighly unpredictable. However the general trends are given below. 

CBIT has cut offs that are not in favor i.e around 7000 in general. 

MGIT has cut off around 10,000 in general for both branches required. 

Vasavi has got higher demand and it's ranks are lower too i.e around 9000.

KMIT located in middle of the city has the cut off trends around 13,000.

Hence you need to keep an detailed view about the updates from all cilleges and the cut offs they declare depending on the candidates merit.

Taseamcet is the entrance exam conducted by ts state board to get admission in the engineering colleges

As you didn't mention your category iam considering you as open category

With your rank you won't get cse in kmit, as the cut off rank for this branch is around 6k

You may get other branches like EIE, inf 

If you don't belongs to general category then you have more chances to get cse in KMIT.

Talking about KMIT Placement wise I can say this college is best in the state.This college offers only admission in course like B.tech in CSE,IT,ECE,EIE.The college stands best in these course in terms of placemenets.If a student maintains good academics,and if he is good at his skills like programming etc... Then there is a good chance for him to get a job in campus itself. Yes,my college even provide internships in some good renowned companies for students who maintain good academics.

Now talking about NGIT faculty here is too good and placements are decent. Overall this college is not vry much popular ,placement is average for CSE just like every other private college.

It is completly your decision, both the college are some what at same level.

If you are really interested you can learn everything that is taught in CSE through online. So, if you choose to join CSE, you can opt for any college. There is no doubt about placements.there will be 97% placements when you consider only one job offer per person. Almost 60 companies visit the campus every year so everyone gets placed.so no need to worry about the placements. The highest package was from Adobe 39 lacs.

There are more opportunities in placement as more companies come to the college like Amazon,cony labs ,virtusa polaris and many more etc., they offer good packages and more no of jobs for many students if they have the good coding skill and maintain good percentage without backlogs.

Last year cut off of kmit for Computer science engineering branch was 6171 for oc boys category. It might be difficult for you but you can try because the cut off changes every year. Also you can try for electronics and communication engineering, electronics and instrumentation engineering if you are interested in those.

Yes, you can get seat in KMIT with this rank and have got good rank in EAMCET. So don't worry about it. ALL the Best for your studies.

For your rank you have chances to get Admission at KMIT, but you‘ll mostly get the least preferred branches than the most preferred branches. KMIT is one of the top college of hyderabad. Though it is still affiliated to JNTUH, the circullum, environment is good at KMIT. The tution fee at KMIT is 70,000/- per year. Unfortunatley there is no Hostel provision in the college for both boys and girls. However there are many PG’s near to the college, at there you can reside in. The placements are also excellent at KMIT. The top pay package is around 20 lakhs per annum.
