Getting a B category seat depends on your JEE Mains rank and the other competitors along with you. The notification will be released by the college during or after the TS Eamcet 2019 counseling. These students allotted in the B category seats will not be eligible for fee reimbursement and the tuition fee will be same as the fee for convener quota.

For your rank you have no chances to get CSE at Keshav memorial institute of technology as you belong to OC Category, but you have chances to get Electronics and instrumentation engineering At KMIT. The tution fee at KMIT is 2.36 lakhs for 4 years. There is no hostel facility in the college. Anyways there are many PG’s near to the college where you can reside in. As you’ve scored rank below 10,000 you can avail full fee reimbursement. Cutoff for CSE in KMIT wass near about 7k. Cutoff doesn't change here much.

KMIT is indeed a very good college and with your rank which is 15000 chances are very hard to go. The pivot point here is what your focus is. To opt for a good college or to opt for a good stream. Because you can opt for a good college but there you may not get the stream which you want. So prepare yourself what you want to study in which you want to make a career.

The eligibility criteria to take admission in KMIT (Keshav Memorial Institute of Technology),Hyderabad is that candidate should have 

passed 10+2 with at least 50% marks and also candidate should have studied Physics,Chemistry and Maths at 10+2 Level.

Admission will be given on the basis of Merit in qualifying Examination  and on a  Entrance Test EAMCET.
