The college has a hostel for boys on campus, amidst lush green lawns. The rooms are spacious, well lit, and adequately equipped with furniture, which makes the stay comfortable. The hostel has all modern-day amenities like 100% power backup, in-house telephone, internet services, sports, and recreational facilities. It also includes a large dining hall and common room for audio-visual entertainment and reading facilities. The sports facilities include cricket, hockey, football, basketball, volleyball, badminton, and some indoor games such as table tennis, carom, chess, and others. The institute has a tie-up with a local nursing home in Soraon and with another hospital in Allahabad to provide all kinds of medical facilities to the hostellers. A doctor of good standing visits the hostel twice a week as a matter of routine. A vehicle is stationed at the hostel at all times to provide emergency services.

LCD Allahabad has a girls' hostel in the posh Civil Lines area of Allahabad with a view to the security and well-being of the girl students. A free shuttle bus is deployed to ferry the students to the colleges. The library subscribes to about 100 National and International Journals.

MSDN Alliance provides licensed software usage as a versatile package. Other software includes Java Development Kit and DBMS Package, together with other system and application software.

Presently, it has CNC machines, numerically controlled machines, TIG, MIG, Welding shop, Sheet metal shop, and precision lathes so the students can use the workshop for the development of prototype models and work for the design and development of new equipment.
