The placements are better in MSIT . It is one of the top colleges for BCA . SAP also visited this college , so you can see that how good the college is for bca . The academics is better than any other colleges. It also have great infrastructure , surrounding and environment .The crowd in msit is also good . This college can give you great opportunities ahead .

For BCA, VIPS has a very good reputation among all the IPU Colleges. But since you are going to do MCA as well, your BCA college will not matter much as you will be placed according to your MCA college and course as well as skills. So, you can go for any of these colleges based on the location and campus. However, faculty of VIPS is really great and most students would prefer it over the others.

• The college Maharaja Surajmal Institute doesn't take general category student for B.Ed. As your IPU CET rank 881 for B.Ed is good,  so you are eligible to get some of the good colleges of IPU  such as 
• Guru Ram Dass College of Education

• Kamal Institute of Higher Education and Advanced Technology 
• St. Lawrence College of Higher Education

I would highly recommend you UIET MDU, If you want just a degree that you are an Engineer.

But if you are expecting that you will get a nice placement. Forget about it.

You will have to fight for Keys of Labs.

You will have to fight to invite placement companies at the campus.

You will fight to get good sessional marks.

If you are passionate about engineering then don't go for it.

At the end. The choice is yours.

You have a good rank in jee mains and for admission in Top branches such as CSE you should go for lower IIITs and NITs as there sre more chances also you have a decent intermediate percentage which will help you a lot.

resident being in Haryana itself won't matter much.

There are good chances that you will get a seat in Maharaja Surajmal Institute, New Delhi 1st shift based on your rank. As per previous year's records, if you are an outside Delhi candidate the closing rank for MSIT 1st shift is around 450 and for Delhi candidate the closing rank is around 1100, which you qualify in both the cases. so you have good chances of securing a seat in MSIT Delhi.

The admission authority of IPU havn't released any information regarding the cut off scores/ranks for the admission processes in B.Tech. However, it is evidednt that that 85%+ seats will be reserved for the Delhi candidates. So, nothing can be predicted as of now about the cut offs of IPU. However, you should wait for the counselling processes to start and get a more clear view of how much rank is accepted for IPU. All the best!
