maharaja agrasen is the best for bca amongst the IPU colleges.

however if you are looking for a better option, then go for bsc hons computer science at delhi university.

Yash, as you know BBA is a professional course. It offers an in-depth knowledge and skills in the area of business management and entrepreneurship whereas B.Com gives knowledge in general business principles, accounting, finance, law, Economy structures etc.

You should first identify your interest zones then decide which course you should take up. In future if you wish to pursue MBA, then BBA will be more preferable although you can take up other courses as well. On the other hand, B.Com opens more number of options after graduation.

As for MSIT, yes you can very well admission there. This is based on your rank and previous year cutoffs. They usually close admission after 15k rank. But again it depends on the number of students who appeared for the exam and as well as the difficulty of the paper.

No these colleges does not provide hostel facilities. Students have to look for PGs. Pg are bit expensive there will cost you around rs.10,000. Food provided by them is depend of average quality. It depends college to college some provide wifi, food some are not.

Maharaja Surajmal Institute Of Technology,Delhi takes admission both on the basis of ranks in IPU-CET and JEE Mains . But the counselling is done only for the IPU exam so you will need to personally contact the college for your admission . Also you should have atleast 55% marks in your board examination . VIPS is amongst the top notch colleges in Delhi having said that JIMS and MSIT are no less.  VIPS will offer you more exposure than the other two and has better placement record.  Infrastructure of all three colleges is equally good. VIPS does have a strict attendance criteria.
