Every year, NSIT Salem placement drives are conducted by the college for the students to provide them with jobs in top and reputed companies. NSIT Salem placement cell has a separate department which gives training for the students in preparing for interviews. NSIT Salem placement cell will assist with training for the students from the first year onwards. 

They will prepare a syllabus for placement drives from the first semester and follow them in a systematic manner. The syllabus includes aptitude, logical reasoning, and soft skills. Around 91 students were placed during Narasu's Sarathy Institute of Technology, Salem placements 2023. Training officers will also train students on attending group discussions, JAM sessions, mock sessions, and operational rounds. The placement cell of NSIT Salem will not only concentrate on placements but also concentrate on academics such as GATE, MAT, and IELTS. • Companies are invited to the NSIT Salem placement drive by the Training and Placement Cell via different sources.

• Interested companies will accept the invitation and send the response via mail or phone call.

• The date of placement drive and place are jointly agreed with the management and companies.

• The placement department will inform the students in prior notice about the drive.

• Interested students will register themself on the job portal with the help of college management.

• Candidates are selected based on performance in the interview rounds.

• Shortlisted candidates will receive an offer letter from the company including a salary package.
