Padre Conceicao College of Engineering, Goa has a girls’ hostel on the campus premises for students. PCCE Goa girls’ hostel is equipped with several hostel facilities for students. 

Padre Conceicao College of Engineering, Goa has a Central Library. PCCE Goa library has a huge collection of books which include textbooks as well as reference books. It includes a stacking area, a reference section, the main reading area and a separate reading area for the reference section. The library subscribes to IEEE e-journals and international proceedings, as well as print journals and magazines, to keep students and staff up to date on current events. The services of Central Library are provided online via an integrated web-based Library Management System, while internal processes such as acquisition, cataloguing, and circulation are automated using open-source software NGL (NewGenLib). Patrons can make better use of the resources by having all relevant information (such as new arrivals, availability of titles relevant to their interests, etc.) at their fingertips via the OPAC (Online Public Access Catalogue). The central library is accessible to students and employees from everywhere on the college campus.

Padre Conceicao College of Engineering, Goa provides various indoor and outdoor sports facilities for students. The institute has sports facilities such as a lawn football ground, a volleyball court, cricket nets and two basketball courts besides having indoor facilities for games like badminton, table tennis, carrom and chess. In addition, PCCE Goa hires professional coaches to prepare the various teams competing in intercollegiate tournaments.

Padre Conceicao College of Engineering, Goa has a well-maintained IT Infrastructure. It controls and manages the networking of the entire PCCE Goa campus.

PCCE Goa auditorium has centralised air conditioning, sound system and LCD facility. The institute also shares the facility of the auditorium located in the Agnel Technical Education Complex i.e. Raimundo and Lilia Gracias auditorium. This auditorium is equipped with a sound system and can accommodate up to 800 people.
