• Once the recruiters have been identified, tests will be scheduled for the students to assess their suitability for the job roles.

• After the group discussions and interviews, the recruiters will select the candidates based on their performance.

• Once the candidates have been selected, the recruiters will offer placements to the students and provide them with the necessary documents and contracts.
