The Hostel is situated inside the campus in a well-secured environment. The proximity of the hostel with the library enhances the opportunity of the hostel residents for Library usage. All the famous national and regional newspapers are available to the hostel students. All the rooms have vitrified tile flooring. Rooms have toilets in close vicinity providing comfortable use. Each student in the Hostel is provided with a cot, study table, study chair and a mirror attached cupboard with the locker. The cosy bedrooms are comfortable for a good rest and yet spacious and conducive enough for the students to study and do their work. Besides the study desk in each room, there is a common study area, which is used for supervised studies in the evenings. Students can also use this area to study and learn together in their own groups. Rooms are very well ventilated and have balconies for overviewing magnificent greenery all around. Rooms are cleaned and swept every day. A separate mess hall, which is a well-equipped dining hall, is available for the students. Mess provides very delicious and hygienic food to the hostellers. The kitchen is very modern and the cooks are all well experienced. Water coolers and water purifiers have also been installed in the hostel to provide safe drinking water to hostel inmates. A Recreation Hall with television sets and facility for playing indoor games ensures their physical and psychological well being. A separate washing area is provided for the students to wash their clothes. The residents are looked after by a full-time Deputy Warden. She is assisted by an Assistant Warden. The security guard is there to control the outsiders as well as the unnecessary movements of the students 24*7. Every effort is taken to make life in the hostel as homely as possible. However, the use of mobile phones is prohibited on the campus, including the hostel. Instead, residents may use the coin box provided inside the hostel.

It features a proscenium stage and is the venue for numerous performing arts events, seminars, symposiums and conferences organized in the college from time to time. The college has a departmental based laboratories facility for the students.

To keep pace with the increasing demand for photocopying, a photocopy centre has been established within the College premises with a Modi Xerox machine. It facilitates students to have instant photocopies of relevant materials at a nominal rate. The college office is also benefited from time to time by photocopying important documents. The photocopy centre offers a range of services including black-and-white and colour copying, wire/comb binding, lamination etc.
