PSG Tech Coimbatore Facilities

PSG College of Technology facilities are offered for students, which play an important role for students when choosing a university. Some of the PSG facilities are separate hostels for boys and girls, a gym, a library, a canteen, and others. There is a medical room within the campus of the university. The library is modernised and well-stocked with the latest versions of books, magazines, reference textbooks, and others.

PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore, also has a spacious auditorium for the students and the staff. The students can also avail themselves of a guest room and a gym in the college.

Boys Hostel
The college has a hostel for boys with 24 hours uninterrupted power supply. The college also has a mess that serves healthy food. PSGCT hostel facilities also include an RO, a gym along with a separate library at the hostel.
Girls Hostel
PSGCT also has a separate hostel for girls with recreation facilities and indoor and outdoor sports arenas. The hostel is managed by personnels and has a gym and mess facility as well.
Medical/Hospital
The college has medical facilities for its students and staff. The medical facilities of the college also include medical experts to give advice on medicines and other emergencies.
Gym
The college has a Gym facility for the students that can be used by them to stay physically fit.
Library
PSGCT has a library called Dr. GRD Memorial Library which has a rich collection of books, journals and e-resources catering to students, research scholars and faculty members. The library is automated, having an online portal that can be easily accessed by the users. The GRD Library references books, patents, theses, virtual academy and plagiarism detection software tool known as Urkund for research scholars.
Sports
The college has facilities for both indoor and outdoor sports at the campus. Students can play a sport of their choice during their free time.
I.T Infrastructure
PSGCT offers accessibility to the student and staff to an excellent IT infrastructure.
Cafeteria
The college has a cafeteria or canteen from where the students can eat healthy and tasty food and that too at reasonable rates. The food is prepared in hygienic conditions.
Auditorium
PSGCT facilities also include an auditorium that is made easily accessible to students and staff for conducting various events, seminars and other activities.
Alumni Associations
The college has a good networking for the alumni association.
Wifi
The college has a state of the art computing facility with wi-fi enabled 16 Mbps leased line internet connectivity
Laboratories
Various departments of the college have dedicated laboratories. PSGCT lab facilities allow students to do practicals and experiments at the campus only and that too without any hindrance.
Guest Room/Waiting Room
The college also has a guest room that is kept well-maintained for waiting students, parents and delegates.
Convenience Store
The book depot (store) offers commodities for purchase at concessional rates such as textbooks (10%), stationeries, uniforms, shoes etc.

College Infrastructure

Yes, our college had all the necessary infrastructure, facilities, and equipment. Cleaners are cleaned routinely in the classroom, laboratories, libraries, sports centers, and hostels so they are well-maintained. Yes, the living spaces are clean, and the food is also very hygienic. They have maintained notes for reviewing food.

Loved being a part of this college, nice environment.

College Infrastructure

Our college is one of the most reputed college in the coimbatore district. Well know for its infrastructure. Has one of the biggest auditorium. Classrooms are neat and has all facilities. Laboratories are well equipped and maintained.

Not that good for mechanical engineering.

College Infrastructure

Very poor tbh, there were only few buildings and mostly they were old. No WiFi, and restrooms are placed randomly. There are no seperate blocks for each department. We have to search for the classrooms.

The PSG College of Technology offers admission to M.E./M.Tech students by considering their GATE and TANCET scores, followed by counseling. The college does not provide direct admission to ME and M.Tech programmes.
