The College library ensures that students have not only their relevant course books and reference books but also have reading material that increases knowledge for the overall development of personality. The library catalog containing details of all titles is maintained for quick reference. The library subscribes to a good number of print journals (National and International). Access is also provided to e-journals through various databases. The library services to students and faculty members are available from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. on all working days. The library has a total of 90,104 books spread over 5,569 volumes. Also, the library has about 7,320 reference books. A number of national and international journals and magazines are subscribed.

The College organizes sports events on a regular basis. In order to develop a lasting sports culture among the students, the college has an indigenous sports complex of around 5 acres. This complex houses various indoor/outdoor games and a fully equipped gymnasium. The students of the college also participate in various inter-college and inter-university sports meet. The organization provides adequate infrastructural support for all such student-activities which provide them with physical fitness and cultivate in them sportsman spirit, team spirit, and leadership. The College computer center is well equipped with six high-speed IBM Xeon dual-processor servers (Novell Netware, SCO Unix, Red Hat, Fedora, Ubuntu Linux, Win2003 Terminal Server, Win 2008 Advance Server, and window 2008 Web edition). There are adequate numbers of desktops spread over in more than 20 computer laboratories. Desktops are equipped with the latest configuration, i.e., Intel i7, i3, and Core-2-Duo processors. All necessary operating systems and licensed software are available in laboratories. All the systems are networked using Giga ether and wi-fi Connectivity. Internet availability with 30 Mbps bandwidth on optical fiber cable from Airtel and BSNL is available for students and faculty members. The whole campus including the hostels and the residences are Wi-Fi enabled. The college is located in the neighborhood of Meerut Medical College and is in the heart of the city on Garh Road. It is very well connected to the different bus depots, railway station, and the nearby markets.
