Rajalakshmi engineering college college fees structure would be around 50000 for first year whereas avg placement packages is 4LPA while highest package is around 10LPA.
SVCE college fees structure it would be around 65k for first year while avg placement package is around 2.5 LPA.
So as per my opinion you should go with REC engineering college to have a degree in CSE branch.
