The Health Centre here at Rajalakshmi Institute of Technology is well equipped. It has separate inpatient facility for male and female students. The health centre provides quality health care in a comfortable and confidential environment.

The health centre is manned by a medical officer and a healthcare assistant to provide excellent medical care to all the students, staff and faculty at no cost. The Medical Officer manages the various aspects of the facility. The Health Centre provides quality health care to everyone, evaluates the quality of services, maintains the overall efficiency of the centre and decides the procedures to be followed in case of emergency.

The library has a rich collection of 18328 volumes of textbooks and reference books in all branches of Engineering, Science, Technology, Management and General studies and the collection is ever increasing.

The College is committed to promote sports activities towards the all-round growth of its students. The campus has indoor facilities for Chess, Carom, Table Tennis, Badminton and out-Door facilities for Volleyball, Foot Ball, Cricket, Kho-Kho, Kabaddi We have one qualified Physical Education staff to train the students.

This Lab introduces students to software and equipment associated with CAD/CAM. This Lab helps students to build their basic concepts about CAD/CAM. Basic Equipment available Computer systems, CNC turning machine CNC milling machine, 3D Printer.

For students to stay fit and healthy, central gym is equipped with gym and fitness centre facilities - treadmill, exercise bikes and more of the latest fitness equipment.

A well-furnished centrally air-conditioned auditorium with a seating capacity of 1000, with ultra-modern facilities like hands-free LCD Projector, Audio Visual equipment etc. are housed to conduct academic programmes like seminars, workshops, symposiums etc.
