According to me ,my college experience is really good .This is the stage where we can test our self such that how capable we are and in which field we are good.When i entered in my college i experience that here all the students had competitive nature each of them wants to achieve something in their life.Each student is hardworking and confident .All these things motivate me to do something in my life.If i talk about my self i am in third year and got placed with a package of 6.5 lakh in U.S MNC.And college management encourage the students to learn and do better in the life.If i talk about my college placement that is also good almost all students gets job and that is the first demand of any student and college always helps us and encourage us in any aspect of our life.Overall a good place to study in Uttar Pradesh where you will get great exposure to industry. Here you will get many opportunities to grow and learn and a sense of competition will always be there which will people you on the track of growth and development . A lot of extracurricular activities are also held and if you win in them then you get to participate in higher levels of them . The infrastructure of the college is upto the needs of students there are no such things which will provide you a high level of comfort. The cafeteria of the college is good enough and well maintained they provide a good quality of food and a variety also.

RDEC is a poor college in terms of faculty and the college life as there is more than disciplined environment and most of the time,it is just useless, you can't enhance your yourself as they push yourself to do what they want from you and reduces your inner ability and believe and they have an average placement record and most of the time they tell you lie,they don't have any sports facility but on a fest day you have a chance to participate in sports day,canteen is below than average as it gets too hot because tin is placed as a terris roof on the canteen,infrastructure is also not good as they only have 5 small buildings including hostel (both boys and girls)with two college codes running on same campus,library has lack of standard book and students are not allowed to read them because they only allow students to read some specific on the card basis(each student has 2 cards for the 10 days of reissuing period) so choice is yours. they only have average placement record other than that everything is below than average
