Sarvodaya Polytechnic College, Azamgarh, is one of the reputed technical colleges that is situated in Harbanshpur, Sadar Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh. Often affiliated, it has also been accorded recognition for its provision of standard technical learning. It is accredited by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) which entitles it to offer education that follows the national standards of technical education. The college has 41 faculty members as dedicated professionals in engineering and technology and offers diploma programmes in various fields of engineering which can fulfil the aspirations of the students.

As part of the college infrastructure, the college offers a wide variety of learning resources that aim at improving students’ learning environment. The library acts as the information centre as they acquire many resources that they require in their studies. Since technical education involves the acquisition of practical experiences and skills in different fields, Sarvodaya Polytechnic College has setting up the departmental laboratory. They introduce the students to real health problems, and these labs provide the students with an opportunity to practice what they have learned. In addition, there has been an outstanding investment in sound Information Technology/computer systems such that the college student can meet the modern challenges of the technological world.
