Sasi Institute of Technology and Engineering courses includes M.Tech  prgramme that is offered in VLSI & Embedded Systems, Communication Engineering & Signal Processing, Power Electronics, Computer Science & Engineering, and CAD & CAM specialisations. Eligibility for M.Tech admission in Sasi Institute of Technology and Engineering is to have graduation in Engineering/Technology subjects from any recognised university or equivalent and to have a valid score in GATE or to obtain a valid rank in PGECET - Post Graduate in Engineering Common Entrance Test.

Sasi Institute of Technology and Engineering also offers M.B.A programme and the eligibility criteria for it is to have 45% marks in a bachelors degree in any subject and to appear for the AP-ICET - Andhra Pradesh Integrated Common Entrance Test and obtain a valid rank.
