The Online Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Delhi University School of Open (DU SOL) is a two-year postgraduate programme divided into four semesters. Students are allowed to complete the course within a maximum duration of four years. Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for admission to DU SOL Online MBA must meet the following eligibility criteria:
Must have completed a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognised university.
The minimum marks required for graduation vary by category. General candidates must have 50% marks, OBC candidates need 45%, SC/ST candidates only need to pass their degree, and PwBD candidates must have 45% marks.
There is no upper age limit for admission to the programme.
Admission is based on merit, with 80% weightage given to graduation marks and up to 20% weightage awarded for professional work experience of at least one year.
Additional preference is given to candidates holding MBBS, BDS, MD, or MDS degrees, Group A officers, and professionals with two or more years of experience in corporate or service sectors.
Candidates without work experience are also eligible; however, in such cases, selection is based entirely on their graduation marks.
Reservation policies are followed as per the University of Delhi guidelines.

DU SOL Online MBA exams are conducted online, as per the university’s guidelines. The evaluation pattern combines internal assessment (30%) and final examinations (70%). Students must secure a minimum of 40% marks in each paper to pass. In addition, students are required to submit assignments or projects for certain subjects, particularly electives and skill-enhancement courses, as part of the overall assessment process.
