SIET Facilities

Sri Shakthi Institute of Engineering and Technology facilities are thoughtfully designed to support students' academic and personal needs. Boys Hostel
There are three hostels for boys. The three boys hostels could accommodate 831 boys. The hostels are provided with modern amenities such as steel cot, study table, mattress with pillows, individual cupboards etc. An entertainment like LCD TV, reading room and indoor game facilities are available features.
Girls Hostel
There is one hostel for girls. The girl's hostel can accommodate 350 girls. The hostels are provided with modern amenities such as steel cot, study table, mattress with pillows, individual cupboards etc. An entertainment like LCD TV, reading room and indoor game facilities are available features.
Medical/Hospital
The campus has a separate medical facility with a visiting Doctor.
Gym
There are well equipped international standard Gyms separately for men / women students and staff membersin an area of 2400 sq.ft with the latest equipment.
Library
Central Library of our college is housed in the ground floor of the C block in an area of 5500 sq.ft. (510 sq.m.). The partially computerized central library is well equipped with modern facilities and resources in the form of books, printed and electronic journals, CD-ROMs, on-line databases, project reports etc.
Sports
A facility of 10 acres of well-developed play fields for the outdoor games & sports is provided: Football, Hockey, Cricket, Basket ball, Volley Ball, Ball Badminton, Kabaddi, Tennis, Hand ball, Kho-Kho, Throw ball.

Auditorium
An open auditorium with a capacity of 2000 and an air-conditioned indoor auditorium with the capacity of 600 have been established.

College Infrastructure

My college is very good at maintenance when it comes to infrastructure and the equipments. My college has like about 2 blocks and a tech park which has a very good infrastructure with AC. My classroom has a smart board with a pen and very large space for the desk to accommodate. The library in my college is very large and can accommodate upto 20 people or more. Each department has separate laboratories which is equipped with many instruments and machines. Especially my department has many machines and equipments. Sport centre has like 2-3 floors which is used for like dance in first floor and games in last floor. Hostels are very clean and hygienic and people love to be there.

Good , and have to improve some places.

College Infrastructure

infrastructure is good,with well-maintained buildings and facilities that support both academic and extracurricular activities effectively.But need to regularly update equipment and software to keep pace with advancements in technology and to ensure a seamless learning experience for students.

College Infrastructure

We have digital way of learning with smart class . Regarding the hostel, we have rooms for students where maximum of four will be sharing. On the whole considering other facilities, it can be graded as moderate.
