For other state students, there are certain eligibility criteria like you should have pursued class 11 or 12 from TN state board or your parents should be working for the central gvt in Tamilnadu for at leat 5 years. The mode of application is offline. Candidates can get the application form directly from the college office or download it from the college website.

To apply for admission into SSNCE candidates can follow the steps below :

• You will have to get the Application form. 
• Application fees must be paid wherever necessary as required by the college.
• After filling in the application form, candidates will have to submit the application form to the college.
• Selected candidates will have to visit the college to submit the required documents and certificates.
• All other admission formalities will be completed in the college itself.

"Out of the total seats 65% (590) are filled up through single window counselling. The seats offered by SSN are filled up within the first few days of counselling with significant high cut-off marks. The remaining 310 seats of the management quota are also offered through merit. 25 seats are earmarked for students who excel in both their academics and sports and 25 for toppers of government rural schools of Tamil Nadu. Apart from this as part of walk-in-walk-out scheme 25 seats are offered to toppers of various state boards with full scholarship."

With 91.33 percentile, your probable general rank shall be around 90,530-1,00,530. And your probable category rank shall be around 26,825-30,825.

So, the best private colleges for BTech are :

BITS : it has it's own entrance exam.

BIT, Mesra : although it gives admission on the basis of JEE Mains only, but getting admission with your rank is difficult.

ViT : VIT also has it's own entrance exam.

IIIT Hyderabad : this college also gives admission on the basis of JEE mains ranks, but your rank is quite low to get it.

According to me, it'll be difficult for you to get into top private college through JEE Mains with your rank. You should try for the colleges which have their own entrance exams.

It would be tough to tell you the exact as the cutoff varies every year depending on the various factors. You can check the previous year cutoff rank branches wise of SC category to take an Idea about your admission possibilities.

yes the SSN college has a good football team and a coach as well . In general , sports is given priority in this colleges . You have great opportunities to participate in various levels of compitions.
