As far as i know, BBA LLB numbers list moves faster than BA LLB, in Symbiosis Nagpur if you are in a waiting list. But not to worry if you want to opt for BA LLB, you could easily get in considering your waiting list number, in the 3rd list as last year it has moved 300+ in BA LLB.

You have not mentioned for what course admission you have applied for in Symbiosis Nagpur.The marks  you have got in that entrance test you have not mentioned here. So it is difficult for me to answer clearly and perfectly. In general the waiting list 78,may include in final list for seat allocation in that  Institute. Generally every year the criteria for inclusion in final list vary from the previous year.But according to previous years record it may be said that if you fall within waiting list of  no 100 then there is chance for inclusion in the final list for taking admission in Symbiosis Nagpur.
