Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you, you should definitely wait for the further cutoffs and cutoff list you have good chances of converting Symbiosis institute of design as your wait list is under 150 and usually movement is around 200-250 according to previous years it totally depends upon the cutoff movements you are advised to have patience and wait for the cutoff list.

But yes as per past few records of vacancy seat matrix you do have possibilities to make your chance. As an added suggestion you must not rely on one single option, keeping few backup options will be beneficial at the end.

As you mentioned that you would be providing your domicile certificate of Maharashtra then it is also prerequisite that you should have done your 10th and 12th from Maharashtra only then you can claim the home state quota.

Although various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
