You can expect the results on 30th or 31st January. You can check the results from the official website of XLRI Jamshedpur. Once the results are out you may get a call depending on your percentile and previous academic and work record. Subsequently they'll call you for the GD/PI rounds.

XLRI admission criteria and steps to be taken

First of all for XLRI you'll have to appear for XAT and score more than 99 percentile and based on your XAT scores and previous academic records they'll give you a call and you'll haven't to appear for the GD/PI rounds.
Just give your 100 percent and you'll be good
