what is the difference between the B.TECH and BE..

In India most universities uses BTech as a name to there undergraduate engineering degree program while many foreign universities use BE.

There are some universities in India too which uses BE to name their undergraduate engineering degree program like BITS.

B.E. or bachelor of engineering program is more theoretical in nature whereas B.Tech is more practical oriented

Main focus of B.E is to equip the students with theoretical knowledge needed to innovate technology where main focus of btech is usually application and skill based courses

B.E is knowledge oriented and btech is skill oriented
