Hi,

VIT-Vellore is one of the best private colleges in India. The Placement is also good in VIT. For CSE Branch, the Placement is in par with older NITs and definitely better than most of the IIITs. When you Compare VIT's Placement with BITS, it is less than that. As far as average package is concerned, it is around 6.5 Lakh per annum but for branches like CSE-IT, it is even more than that.

• The campus is spread across 61 acres area.
• The students are made industry ready and has provided a carrer guidance.
• The highest package is 11lacs and the minimum package is 5lacs.
• The top recruiters include TCS, Wipro, Deloitte, Capgemini, Samsung, Infosys etc...,.
• Students are equipped with best infrastructure. The basic amenities like hostel, Library, Laboratories, Sports grounds etc..., are well designed.

IIIT Raichur :

• It is a new campus established in 2019 but is a good competitor just as every IIIT.
• Every facility provided to the students like hostels , libraries, cafeteria, laboratories etc..,. are well equipped.

It is very difficult to predict the actual jee mains rank from your percentile as it varies on several parameters like number of students appeared for exam, how tough the paper was along with how many seats are available in different universities and performance of candidates appeared. Academic program

IIIT Raichur started its academic activity in August 2019 with its first batch of 30 BTech students in Computer Science and Engineering. The intake will be 30 for this year as well.

As this IIIT is new and just started there first batch which will be completed in 2023. So there were no information about placement.

According to my perspective,

IIIT RAICHUR had started functioning from its temporary campus in Govt Engineering College, Raichur from the academic year 2020-21. As the mentor institute, IIT Hyderabad will continue to oversee the functioning of IIIT Raichur, until instructed otherwise by MoE.

So it is better to took admission in IIT DARWAD which has relatively older campus and have experienced placement cells.

IIIT Hyderabad is the best institute for candidates willing to take admission in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE).

First of all congratulations, you scored a good rank and based on this rank you can get any iiit you want and also you can enroll in any stream(cse,ece,or any other) but see, I would personally suggest you to go for IIIT ALLAHABAD or IIIT HYDERABAD, these two are the best IIIT's in India.
