See both the colleges are good. But if you have to differentiate between two then I would recommend you to go for IIIT BASARA or RGUKT BASAR. The reason behind it is because IIIT BASAR have better placement packages compared to JNTU. In JNTU the placements are good but the median salary offered isn't that good as compared to IIIT BASAR. Also for CSE/IT, IIIT have better teachers who have a good experience in the field. Also the number of alumni's in IIIT working in different IT companies are more than JNTU so this will lead you to more placement positions. Most importantly, IIIT have better curriculum which are more industry related and you will find it very helpful for your worklife.
**I would recommend you to conduct some research by yourself before taking the decisions.

Now coming back to your second question which is that which colleges are better for placement IIITs or NITs,
See it depends on which NIT and which IIIT you are talking about but if we speak broadly then NITs have little edge over IIITs in almost all the aspect. And also it is little tougher to get CSE in NITs compared to IIITs.
I hope this information helps you.

Hi
Your profile suggests that your home state is West Bengal. I am assuming that you belong to general category.
With 90 percentile
Your rank will be around 102300 - 115000 as per our rank predictor at https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-rank-predictor
I am sorry to tell you but with this rank you have low chances in any IIITs , NIT, even in lower ones .
For example,
Cosing rank for some of the nits for which closing rank goes low are listed below along with their closing rank in the 6th round of josaa counselling 2020 under other state for general category :-
National Institute of Technology Sikkim, Civil Engineering :- 47412
National Institute of Technology, Mizoram, Civil Engineering:- 49757
National Institute of Technology Agartala, Biotechnology and Biochemical Engineering :- 50,010
You can check the same at
https://josaa.nic.in/Result/Result/currentorcr.aspx
From above, it is clear that you need at least a rank of around 45,000 - 50,000 to get into even lower NITs. And to get a rank in this range, you need at atleast around 95.5 - 96 percentile .
