2020 cut offs-

1. IIIT gwalior-  1397 to 2077

2. IIIT kota ,rajasthan-2365 to 5321

3.  IIIT guwahati-949 to 5003

4.  IIIT west bengal-4170 to 6276

So on such rank and category it will quite difficult to get ECE or CSE in any of the NITs because EWS closing rank for ECE generally reaches around 4000-4500 and for CSE it is around 2000-2500 so if you want to secure such branches in any of the NITs then you should target at least 97-98 percentile in JEE-Main 2021.
