Hello,

It is a bit difficult to get a seat in iiit with 71 marks by lookin gat the previous year cutoffs. But the cutoffs often vary and change every year as they depend on a lot of factors like difficulty of exam, vacancy of seats etc.ALthough you may not be able to get core branches like computer and electrical in iiits you may get in other brances. You can also try for various state level and private colleges.

All the best

Hello Aspirant,

Since you have not mentioned your category so considering it as General and with such category if you are seeking admission in B.Tech course of either IIIT Bangalore or IIIT Hyderabad through JEE-Main score then according to the analysis of previous year's cut-off trends your CRL rank should be under 10,000 and against this rank your percentile should be more than 98 in JEE-Main 2021.

You can check out marks Vs Percentile and marks Vs Rank for JEE-Main from the link given below :-

https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-main-marks-vs-percentile

Note that above prediction may change due to the number of factors such as attempts of JEE-Main, number of candidates appearing for JEE-Main 2021, number of candidates qualifying JEE-Main and so on.

I hope this information helps you.
