Hello, if you are interested in a specific branch then you can take that branch.
Otherwise I would recommend you to go with Nit Agartala ,as it is a very good college, A Nit and is highly ranked in Nirf ranking.
Placement wise it is good.
Campus is also big.
If you are getting branche like Ec then it is a good option.

And if you are interested in IT branch and ready for a 5 year course then IIIT Gwalior is also good.

So for priority basis first Nit Agartala then IIIT Gwalior and at last Nit Meghalaya.

Both of them are good. But out of two ,NIT Manipur is a better one. CSE is a course that is very high in demand. Hence you need to analyse the university before deciding. Since they are top ranked universities in the nation and there is not exactly much of a difference in the quality of education since they will be given maximum attention and facilities. But due to the ranking of various factors I would suggest this university. Also, IIIT kurnool is relatively new and hence has not received any ranking from NIRF

And it also matters that what is your personal choice of course since they are different departments.

If you want an assured placement then you can for 5 year dual degree in IITM Gwalior and if you want a tag of NITs on the risk of placement then go for NITs. The alumni network and placement record of IITM is pretty impressive. So, i would recommend you to go for it because placements in mining engineering are only provided in top 3,4 NITs.
