To get admission in NITs, IIITs, or GFTIs candidate should pass his/her class 12 with minimum 75%(not for this year 2020, due to the pandemic) and must clear cutoff of JEE mains
Your JEE score is not upto mark to be selected in any of the NITs, IIITs or GFTIs. Even it's difficult to get in a government institute or any other good private college

See at Present it seems diffcult for you to get a seat in any IIITs with this rank, since they offer a usual very higher cutoff. Also there is no HS quota concept in IIITs so, it may not help you either.

However, it may not Accurately predicted about this concern, since the Counselling has not yet started,. Also, during CSAB counseling you may be able to grab a seat in lower IIITs henceforth(speculated remarks).

As you haven't mentioned your CRL rank and hoemstate so I'm unable to predict appropriate colleges for you. But on the basis of your Category rank you may have few chances of getting seats into some of NITS, IIITS, GFTIS but you may have to compromise with your desired branch. Like-you can get,

According to the last year cutoff of various Nits and IIITs you can get some Nits and IIITs . But You can not get cse/it/ece because your rank is not good for these branches. If you really want such branches then you must go for CSAB counseling. In csab counseling you will definitely get a good branch in a good Nit.
