Hey there!
IIITs have the have a great curriculum for coding because the institute is primarily devoted to that. It is a government-private institution with NIT Kurukshetra as the mentor institute. Both colleges you have mentioned are really good but I'd recommend IIIT to you because you want to pursue computer science and IIIT is mainly for that. Choose according to what you are looking for as it's your decision at the end. All the best.
Hello There ,
At the time , nothing can be predicted about the cutoffs . Due to the covid situation , the total number of students appearing has also decreased , and many other factors are also there . So the combined effect of all these things on the final college cutoffs is hard to predict . Although it seems that the cutoffs should decrease , nothing can be said at the present time .

Hello There ,
According to your rank and category , you can try for some iiit's like pune , bhagalpur , una , surat , kalyani etc which have a lower cutoff , otherwise you can try for your home state nit also , as the cutoff is generally lower , same is the case with north eastern nit's , the cutoff is generally lesser . Some good colleges like bit mesra and pec chandigarh also participate in josaa , so you can get a decent branch like production etc , in them .
Do apply for your home state counselling also as you can get some good state government engineering colleges in your state . Hence do apply for the csab round and state government counselling and you might get a good college .
Hope it Helps .

hello,
getting IIIT campus with 20k rank will be difficult. considering home state quota , if your rank is eligible for any non-technical branch then only there is chance.
for top demanding branch maximum cutoff goes upto 5k-6k.
It will be better option to give IIIT Lucknow in your counselling list. if you will have chance in later rounds of counselling then you can get it.
You have good chance for NIT campus. you can try for top to medium range NIT campus.
You can try for NIT campus like Trichy, warangal, Kharagpur, rourkella, Manipur.
cutoff will vary branch wise and campus wise so you have to choose out which campus which is most possible option for you.
