First of all congratulations, that you have cleared the cutoff percentile score in jee mains 2020.

Now as your rank is 18577 in jee mains 2020 with obc category then your can not get a seat in nits or iiits.

At csab round counseling there might be a a chance for you to get iiit allahabad but in jossa counseling you can not iiit allahabad.
The last highest cutoff closing rank in iiit Allahabad was 35910, in electronics and communication engineering from obc female category in csab round 2 counseling.

Better try at Hbti kanpur or at bit sindri or try at some other nits or private institutions line kalinga institute of industrial technology. Your can also try at lnmiit Jaipur only on basis of your general rank.

To apply for the seat or admission in IIIT you have to participate in JOSSA counseling first and after that if your rank is in the cutoffs to get into IIIT then you can get admission in IIIT.

According to previous year the last round maximum cutoffs for OBC category for IIITs are around 12500 to 13500. In IIIT there is only one or two institution who provides female reservation so it would be impossible for your to get into any IIITs till round 7.

With this rank it is quite difficult to get any branch at any college among NIT's or IIIT's or GFTI's but if you are from home quota of some North-East or Northern NIT's or IIIT's then you have a good chance. Check their cutoffs if you are applicable.

I would suggest that bad rank in JEE mains is usually due to bad score in Board. If you are having such case then consider applying to the institutes which give admission only on JEE main score and not rank. Some of such institutes include:

1. IIIT Hyderabad

2. IIIT Bangalore

3. IIIT Bhubaneswar

4. Thapar University

5. LNMIIT

These are some really good institutions to opt for if you are having at least a good score in JEE mains.

Cutoff rank is the rank beyond which candidates are not given admission. It depends in a number of factors and hence is subjected to change every year. However, it is also true that the cutoff is similar more or less to previous year. The trend remains almost same. Your category rank is 20190 and Rank in CRL is around 3 lakhs. With this rank, it might be difficult to get any good NITs or IIITs or CFTIs. If you have home state quota in any of these NITs or CFTIs you can expect a seat there- North East NITs, NIT Hamirpur, Assam University etc. Coming to IIITs, the SC seats gets filled within 10000 rank almost. In your previous queries, you told you belong to Uttar Pradesh. Now SC Seats in IIIT Allahabad usually filled within 4000 to 5000 rank. However this is based on previous few years' data, and this year it might change. IIIT Raipur has declared cut off ranks & merit list for various courses to get admission in UG & PG programs this year and the cutoff will be determined based on the reservation categories and the seats availability.

The official data that has been released, shows that for CSE, for students in general category,

22k in 2019.

23k in 2018.

28k in 2017.

So I would assume around 20k will be quiet suffiecient for a candidate to get admission in IIIT Raipur with CSE.

Without any doubt cse at mnit, two reasons,

1. Cse is an evergreen branch there are lot of career opportunities and handsome salary. It is also good but cse is any day better
2. Secodly mnit is far better college than iiit allahabad in every aspect.
