As per last years cutoff, i cannot see chances of getting a seat in IIITs. And for NITs, GFTIs too with this rank there are no chances.

There are less chances of getting a seat in NITs, GFTIs, IIITs with this rank. You can go for other state counselings like M.P, Maharashtra, Punjab, Haryana,etc and get your desired stream. With 9000 rank in JEE Main and EWS Category, I am afraid to say that there is less probability of getting NITs or IIITs through JOSAA Counselling. But, Under the home state quota, you may get the seat in NITs, probably in the last rounds of counseling.

Dev, yes you can get NITs on the basis of previous years records and you category rank. However, there are chances that you might not get your desired seat but you can get some of the NITs such as nit patna, nit Mizoram, nit Manipur, nit Assam, nit meghalaya etc.

If you want to get your desired seat in any of the top colleges, then you can try for vit, srm, DTU etc.

Your category rank is 20190 which means your rank in Common Rank List would be over lakhs. Now you haven't mentioned the home state you belong to as the cutoffs for candidates in their home state are quite less compared to All India quota. With this rank, it might be difficult to get any good NITs or IIITs or CFTIs. If you have home state quota in any of these NITs or CFTIs you can expect a seat there- North East NITs, NIT Hamirpur, Assam University etc. However this is based on previous few years' data, and this year it might change. Coming to IIITs, the Cutoffs are quite high. IIIT seats gefs filled within around 10000 CRL under SC Category. You might get seat if you apply through your Home state quota.
