See, IIIT Hyderabad, NIT Rourkela, NIT Calicut : all of there are the topmost, renowned and eminent institution in the whole India. But among these, you should choose IIIT Hyderabad in this regard. The reasons are as follow:

Placement Wing:

Both institution has magnificent placement record and many genuinely top and eminent companies come to both college campuses as mass recruiters. I'm going to describe this topic shortly :

• IIIT HYDERABAD:

According to the previous year's placement details, the highest in-campus package in this institution was of 48 lakhs per annum as well as their average package was 21 lpa. The average placement percentages of all the departments of this institution are quite impressive providing around 95-100% jobs offered by both multinational companies and startups and various top roles like data scientists, administrator, designer, tester, analyser, developer, technician, supporter etc are also offered to the candidates there.

Regarding your query I would like to inform you that inspite of being an aspirant of reserved quota, you don't have any kind of possibility to get admission in any topmost and esteemed IIITs in India through 15% AIQ with this performance in JEE MAIN 2020. Because according to the previous year's (2019) details being SC cateogory student you had to secure atleast 11-12k rank on the basis of General Merit rank to get chance in this kind of eminent institutions where your category rank is above 20k i.e. your GMR must be above 1.5 lakh. Though previous year's cut-off change state to state on the basis of several determining factors, but it can be surely assumed that the cut-off ranks can't be too much increased to become 1.5 lakh this year.

Moreover You don't have mentioned your State, so I can't make any comment about your possibilities in State Counselling. However if you belong to Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Madhya Pradesh then there's a little hope to get admission in IIIT Kottayam, IIIT Kanchipuram and IIIT Gwalior through 85% Home State quota. Moreover since you're a SC canditate, your ranks are suitable for several renowned Engineering colleges in your state, so don't forget to apply for State Level Counselling procedure.

Definitely!  IIIT Naya Raipur in every aspect. IIIT Naya Raipur has a fully developed and a beautiful campus whereas IIIT Pune is still in the developing phase .If you look into the academic side, both the colleges have almost the same curriculum, but if you particularly see in the ECE department of both colleges, you will see that IIIT Naya Raipur is far ahead than IIIT Pune in fields related to VLSI, embedded systems and other fields. IIIT Naya Raipur has conducted its annual Technical-Cultural fest, i.e., TECHNOVATE for the past three consecutive three years in which celebrities like Gajendra Verma, Rahul Subramanian, and many others performed, whereas IIIT Pune is still struggling to conduct its first annual fest. You will see that the first batch of IIIT-NR banged a very good placement, with an average CTC of 7.5 lacs, which other new IIITs failed badly to get a satisfactory placement. If you look into IIIT Pune it is still going to happen for the first time of the first batch .
