It's difficult to get admission in IIIT with 60 percentile in Jee main, as we all know that seats are very limited and admission is directly based on merit rank.

JEE Mains give you two ranks in the result. 1,25,690 is your All India Rank, which means among all the students, appeared for the exam, you stood at 1,25,690th place, and among all the students of your category (Gen., EWS, SC, ST, OBC), you stood at 5009th place.

I am afraid that you might not get IIITs through this rank.

This year the percentile cutoff set by nta in jee mains 2020 for general category candidates was around 90 percentile and for obc it was around 72 percentile.
Now as you have secured 78 percentile in obc category, then the chances of getting any good nits or iiits is very difficult or you can say it's very negligible in jossa all rounds counseling.
If you belong to home state quota then you can get some low nits like nit mizoram, nit manipur, nit imphal, during csab round counseling.
Also there is some chances that you can get iiit in csab round counseling, but the chances are negligible because csab is for filling the vacant seats in nits or iiits. And there is no sure saying that seatswill remain vacant after jossa all round counseling.

Also it would be better if you try at hbti Kanpur or at bit sindri.
