Hi Madan,
As per the previous year cutoffs of JEE Mains for admissions NIT's, at 65000 rank it is quite impossible even to get admission in any of the NITs. Yes, you may get some lower cutoff branches like Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, Food Processing Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology Engineering at lower cutoff NITs like NIT Mizoram, NIT Arunachal Pradesh etc.
You may get admission in state level colleges or private colleges for good branch also.

Sorry to say you but in this percentile or rank you may not get any like national Institute of technology or IIIT in the branch of civil or computer science and Engineering.those are top and demanding branches you should have better percentile to get those. And one thing is also there. There are no chemical engineering branches in IIITs. Click on the link below to predict your college

Hi Aspirant!
Congratulations for your JEE Main's rank. Sorry to say but your rank is quite bad to get into any NIT IIIT LNMIT THAPAR NSIT DTU PEC BIT MESRA . As these all are top institutions the closing rank for OBC CATEGORY in these colleges is around 45000 to 55000 and this also be in a rare condition. And your rank is far from this range so it would be impossible for you to get in any of the college.
Still you can try in CSAB special counselling and try your luck.

HAPPY HUSTLING!
Hello aspirant
As your percentile is low and you rank is also high, so there are very few chances that you get NIT or IIITs. These are the top institutes which uses JEE Main score and percentile to give admissions. As, the opening and closing ranks for a seat in colleges changes every year depending on the difficulty level, percentile etc. So, you can only get expected colleges, where you can get admission.
To know which colleges, you can get through your percentile and score, you can use Careers360 college predictor tool.
